More Than Mum Network is here to support women returning to work, and women who feel they indeed can’t return to their corporate lives and instead want to embark on a business of their own, to create their desired work-life balance. We don’t just cover the work elements, we look at everything from mental, emotional and physical well-being right through to the practical elements such as childcare, planning your home life and creating the right work/ life balance for your family.

Why do I need support on maternity leave?

Well, the transition from new mum to working mum is not an easy one and I’ve not met a woman yet that’s told me it was. Whilst organisations have a maternity policy and can guide you on the practical elements, often we hear from mums that feel they need additional support. Even a simple task like what to include in your return to work letter can seem daunting when you’ve so much to consider. We really underestimate the impact on us emotionally, mentally and physically. Through our coaching program, online courses, workbooks and planning calls, we can ensure you have everything covered, taking away the stress, anxiety and worry about your return. We can also create bespoke packages to suit your needs. This leaves you to do one thing….enjoy your maternity leave and all those precious moments being a fabulous mum.
